's council woman leslie johnson. johnson pleaded guilty to charges in connection to a corruption probe that netted her husband, former county executive jack johnson. bau loophole in the law did not force her to step down after the guilty plea, and she continued to collect a salary. a vote for a constitutional amendment on question 3 would change that. meaning a politician would be removed at the time of a guilty plea, or in the case of a trial, would be suspended upon conviction and then removed after sentencing. question 4 allows immigrants who are in this country illegally to qualify for in-state tuition rates at maryland colleges. students, though, must meet certain requirements, including graduation from a state high school, proof that income taxes have been paid and show intent to apply for permanent residency. also on the ballot, question 5, which changes the boundaries of maryland's eighth congressional district which is currently held by chris van holen and is mainly in montgomery county. and questions 1 and 2, which would require judges of the orphans court for prince george's
